We have recently migrated from MSSQL. Experiences:

• table, indexes, data: migration workbench
• stored procedures and triggers: omwb did lots of silly things, so we finally commented out everything in the source database, migrated the sources with omwb too and rewrote everything by hand, using the migrated original TSQL source.

Prepare for lots of code review and rewriting, you need to have someone familiar enough with the application/business logic to make adjustments in that field too, if need be.
