I'm still not sure why you would even consider using a second listener. The only reasons I can see for additional listeners:

• you need to listen on new ports
• you want to separate services to stop and start access separately (and that is now available at the 'services' level in the database)
• you have an attach rate so high that the listener is actually slowing down the system and you are prepared to go for a second port.
