Well ummm ... let's see ... you get to patch the operating system and schedule outages more often?

Also ... hmmm ... well ... lots of knowledgeable and highly proficient windows system administrators that get paid less than the unix counterparts ... except for maybe that's not so good ... and the part about knowledgeable and highly proficient might be stretching it somewhat ...

Ok how about you can use ctrl alt delete at times to get your fingers on both hands working together?
