Your original question was with respect to 9.2.0.6. Now you are asking about 9.2.0.4.

The solution is to go to metalink, search for patches to 9.2.0.1, and read the documentation. Oracle's advice will be to patch to the most recent patchset for your operating system. And that is what you should do.
