I guess hpuxrac's earlier answer should be sent to Oracle for a (re)view ... ;-):

2 = primary key, 14 = Primary key supplemental logging
3 =unique, 15 = Unique key supplemental logging
4 = referential, 16 = Foreign key supplemental logging
