The repository in your clone database and the config files for db
console contain the data for the original system. I would rather
rebuild the OEM repository and force a reconfig through either dbca or
emca (I was more successful with the former). Make sure you backup
everything (SW, DB, config files) before you proceed should you decide
to go this route.
