And if I *did* create such a request (things aren't *that* slow today! ;-) ) I'd expect to
- be requested to supply an RDA report,

• supply the requested report,
• wait a few days,
• ask for an update,
• be requested to supply an RDA report (again!)
• wait a few days,
• ask for an update,
• be pointed to the above referenced article, which tells me how to solve my supposed problem.
• receive an email asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey regarding my recent service request.
