I am sorry if I raised a wrong question but I really don't find the answer for whats in my mind.
In some examples I see where and in some examples I see on.

Any specific conditions in which case I can use WHERE and ON in Ansi Joins? Do they perform different functions in the ANSI?

I refered to the link but I couldn't find the answer for what I am looking for, may be I didn't get through the right pages. Could you guide me?
