That sounds entirely too much like the types of experiences I have! I have a good one about the sev 1 that was open for more than two months.
It was assigned to someone for a while then they left for a 3 week vacation. Apparently no one else was knowledgeable enough to work on it in the whole organization. At least it was only a sev 1. Received on Wed Sep 27 2006 - 14:38:46 CDT
