Perhaps ... but the onus should be on making it easy for those who volunteer their time to help. Those asking for help should comply with the standard ... even if it requires an entire 1/4 of a second to hit the scroll bar.

Then, of course, they could just stop using M$ Outlook and move to ThunderBird.
