On past few days, I tried products mentioned above and here is my feedback :

BB4 is now handled by Quest and is no longer a free product for companies.
Hobbit and Nagios are primarly intended for Server and Network monitoring. Oracle extensions exists for both. Some of them are tricky to implement (local install on server, Perl based).
OraSentry is only focused on Oracle. It's really easy to install (nothing on server side) and it gives a central view for all monitored databases. It lacks a mail notification.

Because these non-production servers are mainly Windows box, they are already monitored by MOM. Hence, I think I will continue with OraSentry for a simple Oracle monitoring.
