I really think you are doing something strange, maybe you are creating
a blank record and you are not aware of that.
I work a lot on Forms and you shouldn't have that problem, better you
give another check.
Additional to that I always like not to use the Required property,
instead of that in the key-commit or in multirecords table I called
another form in post mode :)
