Sorry folks (especially Anurag), I thought the "colorblind" in the penultimate sentence would make it clear that I did not intend it as a slur, but rather a statement of the curious skew of names in "employment" related spam I get. (And the names are often in the body of the mail, not just email addresses). I have no problem working with people from any part of the world.
