This is the question that is the most often asked in this forum. So the archives at groups.google.com are really *flooded* with responses.
Obviously
- you didn't look up the error in the error messages manual at http://tahiti.oracle.com
- you didn't read the troubleshooting chapter in the net administrators manual, where this error is discussed - You didn't search the archives prior to posting.

Please either explain why you were so lazy, or search them now.
