I agree with gazzag and his/her interpretation. Of course if that isn't to your liking you could develop your own terminology and language (whicih, of course, no one but you would understand):

"oh, yeah, do this: declare myvar mycolsir_blinkenfarb ... oh, sorry, sir_blinkenfarb is written percent-sign-rowtype"

For some reason I think the suggestion already posted is much better and makes more sense:

"oh, yeah, do this: declare myvar mycol-percent-sign-rowtype semicolon ..."

 But, that's just my opinion.
