  1. Please do not top post. Scroll to the bottom of a post to add your input.
  2. It sounds to me like you and your organization desperately need to buy a support contract from Oracle. You are in a position where not having access is costing more than the admission ticket.
  3. Report what Frank has asked. And also why, if you know, corruption may exist. You started off asking about UNDO and not you are talking about LOGS. What is the relationship? -- Daniel A.
