Personal recommendations, in order:

  1. Watch for any Jonathan Lewis seminar. http://www.jlcomp.demon.co.uk/ (Check http://www.psoug.org for some possibilities in the near future.)
  2. HotSOS seminars and courses. http://www.hotsos.com/

That last one ... I've taught it and the material it covers is truly decent. Depending on the instructor, this covers exactly what you want for information, but has a heavy bent to using the OEM!
