First of all, thanks for letting me know what I should be doing ... also I would also like you to open up a site apart from giving support and solution , it should be on usenet Ettiquette , it would be very helpful not only for users like me ... but others too.

Mr Morgan I had no intentions to be rude. And yes I appreciate you helping me out. Incase there are people who would not like to help , and rather try teaching people Usenet Ettiquette. I do not know whats was 'top posting' .. so any ways I do not want to bore more with this ...

And yes I am sorry if I sounded/looked through my words rude. I am an end user
