OEM grid control 10.2 managing 9i databases

Can anyone point me to any reference material highlighting the use of
10G OEM while managing 9i databases (good or bad idea, what is gained
or lost)?  We are in the midst of an upgrade and are currently on 9i.
In the meantime, we are installing OEM (preferably 10g).
