You should have a trace file under udump, which you can find by the
following...



show parameter user_dump_dest



Since the session has been terminated, you will probably have to
grep/find the directory for a string in the statement with which you
are having the problem.  When you find the trace file, even without
tkprof, my guess is it will jump right out at you what the issue is.
