In Oracle you don't NEED temporary tables.
You should UNLEARN EVERYTHING you learned in sqlserver or your
applications will SUCK.


You should also read the first two chapters of Tom Kyte's latest book,
in order to understand why you are bound to fail as you stick to
sqlserver habits.
