Newbie: 10g Express Start problem

I downloaded 10g Express.



When I first installed it,  and started it, I was able to see the main
menu. It was a graphical interface that looked like a web page.



When I tried to start it again, I can not reach the main menu.



How can I start 10g and get to the main menu?
