Hi, we have C++ product - ReportSmith. It could translate Oracle DATETIME types to formatted string.
Where I can find description of the internal structure of TIMESTAMPs types so I could add new parts to translated data? I would like write own translation because it works much faster then call to Oracle.
It there easy way use Oracle API for this?
