I am getting email alerts when the Agent is down, i.e. agent
unreachable. When agent starts, get another email alert that alert is
cleared. However, I do not receive any other email alerts, i.e.
blocking session. The OMS Console shows the alert but no email.
Already tried subscribing to rules. Support is still looking into it.
Any suggestions. P.S. email test does work.
