I do on many fronts. Just two of which are:

  1. Thinking Sarbanes Oxley or Basell II or other similar laws there are issues of security and auditing.
  2. Who is making the entries in the TNSNAMES.ORA file? The end user? Or is every database in the entire enterprise going to be in the TNSNAMES and who is going to maintain it? -- Daniel A. Morgan http://www.psoug.org damorgan_at_x.washington.edu (replace x with u to respond)
