I had tried to run same query without hint multiple times and it was
always taking more than 5 mins. Actually this query runs many tims
during a day (as shown by executions count in v$sql) and always taking
that much time. It  seems something to do with NL anti-join problem, so
it is not a buffer cacahe issue.



HASH ANTI  JOIN  always run in few seconds.
