Odds are good that you could import the dump file into a healthy
database.



If you are looking to salvage changes that have occurred in that
database since the time of that export, you're going to need
assistance.



Oracle Support has a data unloader tool that can unload data from
corrupt datafiles.



Have you opened up a service request with Oracle Support?
