I never use OEM to configure Streams in 9.2. I always did it manually.
There is almost no way to find where an error comes from in 9.2. Don't use Streams in 9.2 for anything else test and training purpose it is not a mature component.
A year and half ago I tested it during three months and have to raise 5 TARs to come to the conclusion that we'll not use it until 10.2.
