He's pretty persistent, that would likely be a waste of time since he can create throwaway accounts for little cost. I can't imagine Google executing a Usenet Death Sentence on his domain because of manual postings, but even if they did, there's plenty of other domains he can abuse at will. He also sometimes will attempt to forge the identity of people who respond negatively to his posts (pretty lame attempts, but I don't doubt he could do better if motivated). Not much we can do as long as the Jordanian's keep leaving their systems open to him.
Now, if we could convince Google to implement killfiles, that would benefit everybody who views with Google. I also can't imagine them implementing user configurable content filters, because that would allow people to ignore ads. Retromoderation (ie, cancelbots) has its own issues.
All we can do is accept that there are some idiots in the world, and try to ignore them. Any other solution would likely be worse.
