I think your getting Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Applications confused.  The
latest Applications (ERP/CRM) is R11.x.  This is what people are looking to
hire for.  From what I hear on the grapevine, Oracle RDBMS 11 will come out
next year.  Start looking for betas near the end of this year.
