iirc ckuser.sql will provide the day-to-day Designer
Repository user?
Again - the repository admin needs quite a lot of rights, as he is the object owner (as SYS would be in the RDBMS).
It's just as it is - don't see why the DBA would make a fuss about it - it's a development repository; not a production system!
