One will get the error
EXP-00010: %s is not a valid username or not an exportable username.

when exporting the following schemas :
ORDSYS, MDSYS, CTXSYS, ORDPLUGINS, LBACSYS, XDB Cause

If you check $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catexp.sql the view exu8sr does not contain these user names.

These users are not intended to be exported.

Fix

Do not export these schemas.
