I'd go beyond Daniel's answer here, and point out at least some of these beginners are probably quite capable of finding some worm that is plastered all over the media, and there's always one clown...

You might want to google this group ( or http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/security/pdf/twp_security_checklist_db_database.pdf ) and see which standard sets are bad. Not only should they only be granted as required, the requirements should be closely monitored.
