To list the services that are started, type in a command prompt:
C:\> net start
Perhaps you restarted the unit and the services did not start.
If you want the service to start upon system restart, set the property
of the serivce to automatic.
2 separate listeners cannot share the same ip_address:port combination.
More than likely, only one listener will be required (use the 10g
listener).
Which ORACLE_HOME is the default, and which %ORACLE_HOME%\bin is first in the %PATH%?
