You are not getting any replies because you haven't posted to enough groups. You should post to comp.databases.oracle.misc, comp.databases.oracle.tools, comp.databases.oracle.marketplace and all the groups related to your platform. You should send this message several times to at least 10 different groups. That will guarantee some replies. Good luck.
