Hi Friend,

Some steps I want to suggest
1. Stop all the services from the services.msc which we can run from run window of MS-WINDOWS
2. Use only universal installer and then remove the all the stuff with Uninstall
3. Go-to regedit, search for the oracle folder and delete that key folder. especially from the local_machine. 4. Then delete the folders and and program menus from the Laptop. 5. If this not happens with all removing in the normal windows then go-to the VGA mode of the machine, that is press F5 while you are getting a screen of (DMI pool .....), then select the VGA mode. Then try all the 1,2,3,4 steps.
6. Still not happens, Please revert back.

Regards
Terminator
