So i guess ASM can support asynch, not sure.

as for the pfile, i've just used the oracle DBCA and he created those ASM instances with pfiles and not spfiles, but it is a good idea to move to one centrelized location using SPFILE. Received on Fri Jan 06 2006 - 14:02:46 CST
