There are always specific problems that introduce potential issues in any patchset.

Will they affect your site?

A lot of people report fairly stable systems on 9.2.0.6 although there are some installation issues on hpux especially in rac configurations.

This should work if you have done research that proves you want to at least check out 9.2.0.7.

What's your testing and validation plan?
