Now one service that isn't starting is the
OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListener.  Everytime I try to start it it comes
back and says basically that the service has no work and is thus
shutting down.  I entered the Sid, echo'd it to make sure it works and
still when I try to connect through ODBC I get a "no TNS listener"
message.
