It seems that the problem is different cause I could connect using
sqlplus system/manager_at_orcl.world
where orcl.world is defined in tsnames.ora
I remember it's so only in 10g (and not in 9i) and from account other
the oracle.
any explanation ?
Do I have to modify all production scripts that use sqlplus command ???
