OK.. guys.



I'll try to write my question in a better way.



What I want to do is get RMAN backup of my Oracle databases daily so I
can restore my databases to any date within last 6 months.



How can I achive this ? How can I gurantee that retention policy will
not obsolete my backups ?



Hope I have asked my question better.
