He might be on a Unix system, like in the Jurassic Park. In that case, "format C:" is unlikely to work. He wanted to drop all user's objects, without actually dropping the user, and in a single command. I believe that "DROP DATABASE" fits the specs. Whether he actually wants it is another matter altogether. At any rate, there is no real danger. This command is available only in version 10.
