Where is rdbms/public dir???

Hi,


I'm trying to connect to a db oracle 8.1.7 with c++. I'm using the OTL
library but to compile my program, I need the $(ORACLE_HOME)/rdbms/demo
$(ORACLE_HOME)/rdbms/public $(ORACLE_HOME)/lib.
I got the first and the third, but I don't have the second dir in my
Oracle Home, why??? where I can find it??? I made a full-install...
