You're going to have to move it to a different tablespace. You should
NEVER create objects in the SYSTEM tablespace. That tablespace belongs
to the Oracle database and contains functional objects integral to
Oracle's, errm, functionality. If it gets badly fragmented, you will
have problems.
Before you move that schema, you should investigate which objects it
contains, what they're currently being used for, and the impact moving
them will have on the rest of your system.
