Funny thing about Oracle - it'll give these kinds of complaints if the
order of compile is wrong - and it's tough to tell the order of compile
until it complains.
- create a list of all invalid objects;
- compile all objects in list that are invalid;
- create replacement list of all remaing objects that are still invalid;
4a) if list is smaller, go to 2)
4b) else, log a tar.
