No versions, no error messages, no nothing.
The obvious suggestion would be
- to look up the error messages in the error message manual
- to read the troubleshooting chapter of the Net administrators manual
and work from there
- to search Google
- to try to telnet into the sqlnet port. If that doesn't work, the
firewall hasn't been opened correctly
- to realize that when this is Winblows, the listener will redirect
traffic to a different random port. How to circumvent that has been
described in this forum many times by me.
