I gotta say, I became less a fan of LInux when it stopped supporting my
old PC. The online support community did not come through (not to
mention the paid support), and there are situations where the
documentation has a weight of zero. Yes, I could have made it work
myself, but that would have been more expensive than just going out and
buying two new computers with XP. I was very disappointed, as I
thought one of the best features of Linux was that it could be run on
old computers (

notwithstanding). That particular one ran at least 5 different Linux
at times, with about 20 more that I never got around to trying. So now
I still run W98 on it as I've given it to my 4-year-old and that's what
runs the stuff he runs. Or will when I reinstall Windows
(siiiiiigggggghhhhhhh).
