RHEL 4 Update 2 + up2date (32 bit).


Developer licenses are available, if you ask.
CentOS is an option but you cannot open an iTAR on it, AFAIK.
As Hans mentioned, (Novell) SuSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) is also
an option worthy of your consideration.
