Learn new tricks of the trade ... continuing education.

Build a test environment and start working your way through DataGuard, Streams, AQ, etc.

Oracle will have released 11g before you get 1/10th of the way through the material available.

But my favorite answer ... re-read the Net Services Manual. It it now likely 3X the size of what read originally.
