I will certainly not do anything like this. My invitation stays: That is a wonderful email list, with some very well known consultants and oracle gurus. You are not a member of that list and I am. I was told recently, in no uncertain terms, that newbies are very welcome. You not being a member and my posting not being directed to you, I have to politely ask you to keep your @##$! nose out of my business. That goes for the beard, too.

And you are doing a great job of reminding them of that fact. Here, I do have to express my appreciation.
